What you'll be doing

• Greeting visitors and customers with warmth, professionalism and confidence
• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries efficiently
• Coordinating meeting rooms, visitors, mail and deliveries
• Providing administrative support across multiple teams
• Helping create an engaging and welcoming workplace experience
