Not everyone wants to sit behind a desk all day. If you're someone who enjoys being on the move, helping people out, and getting things done, this could be the role for you.

We're looking for a customer-focused, hands-on team member to join our Trade & Retail team, helping customers collect the building products they need to get their projects underway

With more than 70 years' of experience in the building and home improvement markets, Stratco has become one of Australia's largest manufacturers, marketers and retailers of quality building and home improvement products in Australia and is actively pursuing a place on the world stage. 

Broadly, your responsibilities will also encompass:

• Providing customer service, greeting customers and getting their orders sorted quickly and smoothly!  

• Pick, pack and prepare orders so they’re ready to go when customers arrive 

• Keying of orders, and associated administrative tasks 
• Work with teammates and other departments to solve problems and keep things running smoothly  

Becoming part of the Stratco trade and retail family, we are looking for a person with:  

• Exceptional customer service skills 

• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced sales or retail 

• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills 

• Good computer skills 
• Forklift ticket or willingness to undertake training (provided by Stratco)
