THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Manufacturing Team Member to join our team based in Yatala.

Working as part of our manufacturing operation, you'll help produce high-quality EPS products used across the construction and building industry. This is a hands-on role where you'll operate equipment, ensure product quality and contribute to the safe and efficient running of our site.

Whether you're already working in manufacturing or looking to build a long-term career in the industry, we'll provide training and support to help you succeed.

This is a full-time day shift role, working 5:00am - 1:06pm Monday – Friday. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operating EPS block moulding machinery and associated equipment

• Following production specifications and machine settings

• Monitoring product quality and manufacturing standards

• Performing general housekeeping and maintaining a clean work area

• Assisting with continuous improvement and production activities

• Participating in equipment and skills training

• Working collaboratively with team members across the site

• Maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality

You'll bring:

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Physical fitness and capability to undertake a manual role
• Forklift licence
• A commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• The ability to work effectively within a team environment
• A willingness to learn new equipment and processes
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Experience working in production or industrial environments
