Senior Business Analyst - Supply Chain

This is a rare opportunity to lead a large-scale enterprise transformation, shaping the future of Stratco's supply chain operations. You’ll lead analysis across end-to-end supply chain processes, validate solutions, identify improvement opportunities, and translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements.

 

In this role, you’ll operate as the senior process and solution lead for Procurement, Supply Planning, Inventory, and Warehouse, partnering closely with operational leaders, ERP implementation partners and other technical teams. You'll take ownership of process design, requirements, testing and implementation, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and aligned to future-state manufacturing and supply chain operations.

With an outstanding record of continual growth, Stratco has manufacturing plants and Home Improvement Stores in all mainland states of Australia and a presence in several international locations.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Engage effectively across all levels of Stratco to build alignment and maintain strong program momentum
  • Document current and future state processes, manage requirements and identify opportunities for improvement across Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory and Warehouse Operations
  • Act as a senior SME for processes, providing guidance and serving as a point of escalation for high impact decisions

About you

You're the person people turn to when the problem is complex, and the answer isn't obvious. You'll bring a strong background in manufacturing environments and deep knowledge of supply chain processes, ideally supported by Oracle ERP. We'd love to see:

  • Demonstrable experience across procurement, supply planning and inventory. 
  • Experience in delivering process or technology change initiaives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
