This isn’t just a sales job. You'll form part of our Gepps Cross team, and work at our Trade Sales desk.

 

You won’t be doing it alone. As part of our supportive team, you’ll receive ongoing training and development to set you up for success. 

Broadly, your responsibilities will also encompass:

  • Providing Trade desk service and sales with cash trade and trade accounts  
  • Telephone customer service and sales with trade accounts 
  • Keying of orders, and associated administrative tasks 
  • Achieving sales and customer service acquisition targets 
  • Participation in training and personal development sessions 
  • Liaison with manufacturing and dispatch teams  

Becoming part of the Stratco trade and retail family, we are looking for a person with:  

  • Exceptional customer service and sales skills 
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast paced sales or retail/trade environment 
  • Strong customer focus and a keen eye for detail 
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Good computer skills and eagerness to learn the Stratco design process 
  • Flexibility to work within a rotating roster including Saturday shifts
  • Have or willing to obtain a forklift ticket
