THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Trade Sales Representative to join our Queensland Trade Sales team, servicing the Brisbane Southside region.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the steel, building products, construction, roofing, or manufacturing industries who thrives on developing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth.

You'll inherit an established customer portfolio while actively pursuing new business opportunities across your territory, supported by an industry-leading product range and trusted brand.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Manage and grow relationships with existing trade customers
• Develop new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking
• Identify project opportunities and convert them into sales
• Prepare quotations and tailored customer solutions
• Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
• Stay across market trends and identify opportunities for growth
• Represent the Stratco brand professionally in the market
• Contribute to a safe and positive work environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Essential:

• Experience in the steel, construction, building products, roofing, manufacturing, or related industries
• Proven track record in B2B sales and account management
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to achieve results
• Current Driver's Licence

You'll Stand Out If You Have:

• Existing industry networks in the Logan / Ipswich / Brisbane South region
• Experience working with builders, contractors, fabricators, or trade customers
• Confidence identifying and securing new business opportunities
