This is a permanent, full-time role located at Stratco Pty Ltd, 125 Cavan Road, Gepps Cross, South Australia. We're undertaking a major enterprise-wide Oracle ERP implementation that will shape the future of our business. We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded Project Coordinator to help keep complex projects moving, stakeholders aligned, and outcomes delivered. You'll be at the centre of a large-scale transformation program, working alongside senior leaders, operational teams, technology specialists and external consultants to coordinate activities, manage project governance, track milestones, monitor risks, and help ensure successful delivery across the business. What you'll be doing; - Coordinate project activities across multiple departments and business functions
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, risk registers and dashboards
- Track project milestones, actions, deliverables and dependencies
- Support governance processes, steering committees and project reporting
- Coordinate testing, change management and training activities
- Monitor project risks, issues and change requests
About you You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy bringing structure to complex environments, are naturally organised, and can build strong relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders. We're looking for someone who has: - A diploma or higher education qualification in Project Management, Business, Engineering or a related discipline, or at least 3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration or business transformation environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working on ERP systems implementation or large business transformation projects
- Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, operations or engineering environment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience supporting project governance, risk and change management activities
- Experience with SharePoint, JIRA or similar project management tools
