THE OPPORTUNITY

Ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a motivated and experienced Forklift Loader / Machine Operator with a strong work ethic to join our Bundaberg Operations team. This is an afternoon shift position, working 2pm - 10pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Loading & unloading trucks with forklift and manual handling
• Locate finished goods and load to the vehicle
• Manufacturing and assembling of goods to customer requirements
• Operating metal folding, roll form and pressing machines
• Interpret product drawings 
• General housekeeping activities
• Participate in relevant training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

To join the Matrix team, we're looking for a person with:

• Strong experience as a Forklift Loader
• Desirable - General experience using sheet metal manufacturing equipment/roll formers or press breaks
• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
• Stable work history
• A collaborative team player
