THE OPPORTUNITY 
Due to growth, we have an exciting full-time opportunity for a People & Performance Coordinator to join our Ormeau team. Reporting to the People & Performance Business Partner, you will support recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, HR administration and people-focused initiatives. Working closely with leaders and employees across manufacturing, logistics, retail and corporate teams, you will help deliver a positive employee experience and contribute to a supportive workplace culture. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Supporting recruitment activities, including job advertising, candidate communication and interview coordination 
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes and general people administration 
  • Maintaining employee records and HR systems
  • Preparing employment documentation and correspondence
  • Responding to employee and manager enquiries
  • Supporting reporting, projects and employee engagement initiatives 
  • Providing general administration support and occasional reception coverage 

 

ABOUT YOU:

  • To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, office administration or a similar support role 
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A customer-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel 
  • A professional, proactive and confidential approach to your work 
  • A genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources
  • Experience working within manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, construction, trades or other operational environments will be highly regarded. 
  • Qualifications or studies in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline are desirable. 

This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday from our Ormeau site.
