Customer Service Officer / Sales

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, outgoing person to join our Lismore team as a Customer Service Officer. This role has a focus on providing excellent service to account and retail customers, and undertaking sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create exceptional customer experiences that drive repeat business and referrals.

    Prepare accurate quotes and tailored solutions for sheds, patios and roofing projects.

  • Follow up leads and quotations to maximise sales opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, trades, homeowners and account customers.

  • Identify opportunities to grow sales through cross-selling and solution-based recommendations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently.

  • Contribute to branch success by achieving service and sales objectives.

  • Support a safe, collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Experience in customer service, sales or account management, ideally within the building, construction or manufacturing industry.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and finding the right solution for every customer.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly organised, proactive and able to take ownership of tasks and customer enquiries.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Positive, resilient and motivated approach with a willingness to learn and grow.

  • A collaborative team player who contributes to a supportive and high-performing workplace culture.
