We're now looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Team Leader, who knows how to get the job done safely, efficiently and to a high standard. What you'll be doing: 

• Leading and supervising roofing crews on commercial projects.
• Planning daily work schedules and ensuring projects stay on track.
• Maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and site safety.
• Training, mentoring and supporting team members.
• Liaising with project managers, clients, subcontractors & suppliers.
• Ensuring every job is delivered in full, on time, under budget and to an exceptionally high standard of quality.

About you…

• Technically astute roofing / cladding professional, who’s looking for the next positive step in their career
• Proven experience in the roofing industry, ideally on both residential and commercial projects.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to guide teams of roof fixers across multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Physically fit and confident working at heights
• Positive attitude towards the achievement of a ‘zero-harm’ working environment.
• Current driver's licence (essential).
