We are seeking a Safety Advisor to be based in Bundaberg, supporting our manufacturing operations and installation activities through a visible, hands‑on approach to workplace safety.
As Safety Advisor, you will support the implementation and ongoing improvement of WHS practices across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing practical WHS advice across manufacturing and installation environments
Conducting site inspections, risk assessments and hazard identification
Assisting with incident investigations and corrective actions
Coordinating and delivering safety training and toolbox talks
Supporting rehabilitation and return‑to‑work processes
Maintaining WHS documentation, reporting and records
Analysing safety data and assisting with audits and performance reporting
Building strong relationships through a visible, on‑site presence
About You
You will bring:
Proven WHS experience, ideally in manufacturing or construction environments
A practical, solutions‑focused mindset
Strong communication and influencing skills
Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
Confidence working autonomously with operational teams
Qualifications & Requirements:
Certificate IV (or higher) in WHS
Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
High level of computer literacy
