As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Production Scheduler who can keep our factory running at full pace, balance competing priorities, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service every time.

Davin Industries is a leading precision sheet metal engineering business and a part of the broader Stratco Group. 

This is more than a scheduling role. You'll sit at the heart of our operation, coordinating workflow across multiple departments, managing production priorities, identifying bottlenecks before they occur, and helping drive on-time delivery performance across the business.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you broad responsibilities will include:

• Developing detailed daily, weekly and forward-looking production schedules across multiple manufacturing departments
• Balancing customer demand, labour availability, machine capacity and production priorities to keep work flowing efficiently
• Leading daily production planning discussions and coordinating workflow across the facility
• Managing urgent and expedited orders while minimising disruption to the broader production plan
• Reviewing production capacity, WIP levels and factory performance to continuously improve efficiency
• Maintaining accurate scheduling and production data within the ERP system

Who we're looking for

This role will suit someone who enjoys solving complex scheduling and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You'll bring:

• Experience in production planning, scheduling or operational coordination from within a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for identifying capacity constraints and workflow improvements
• Outstanding communication skills 
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing data would be highly regarded
