Lead the data agenda. Drive smart decisions. At Stratco, we're now looking for an exceptional leader to take our master data, analytics and information management capability to the next level. This newly created role offers a rare opportunity to build a function from the ground up, influence business strategy, and help shape how an international market leader uses data to drive performance, innovation and growth. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer and forming part of the IT Leadership Team, you'll have the opportunity to establish the vision, roadmap and capability that will transform data from a business asset into a genuine competitive advantage. Your mandate You’ll assume responsibility for; - Establishing and leading Stratco's Group Master Data & Analytics function
- Development and execution of the enterprise data, analytics and MDM roadmap
- Providing leadership and day-to-day management of a team of data and analytics professionals
- Leading the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Master Data Management across customer, supplier, product, inventory and operational data domains
- Driving data governance, data quality and stewardship across the organisation
- Partner with senior executives and business leaders to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision making
- Develop KPI's, dashboards and performance measurement frameworks that support strategic decision making
- Champion data literacy, and as a key member of the IT leadership team, help shape broader technology strategy and transformation initiatives
About you You're an accomplished data and analytics leader who enjoys balancing strategy with execution. You thrive in environments where you can influence change, build capability and create structure. Most importantly, you're passionate about helping organisations use data more effectively to improve performance, customer outcomes and competitive advantage. To be successful, you’ll bring: - A Bachelors or Master's degree in Information Systems, Data or Computer Science, Business Administration or similar
- Proven experience in Analytics leadership including data architecture, insights and reporting
- Experience building, leading and developing high performing teams
- Experience leveraging emerging technologies and AI to enhance insights and decision making
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud environments will be highly regarded
