As we continue to grow, we're seeking a skilled Laser Programmer who enjoys solving technical challenges, improving processes and contributing to a business where their knowledge and ideas genuinely make a difference.

Working closely with operations, sales and customers, you'll create laser programs, optimise nesting layouts and provide technical support that directly influences production efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing accurate and efficient laser cutting programs from customer drawings and specifications
• Producing optimised nesting layouts to maximise material utilisation and minimise waste
• Managing programming files, revision control and production documentation
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across production and workflow processes

Commercial & Estimating support

While experience preparing quotations and estimates will be highly regarded, we're equally interested in candidates with strong programming and manufacturing expertise who are keen to broaden their commercial skills. We'll support the right person to further develop their estimating capability

About you

We're looking for a motivated individual that will bring;

• Experience as a Laser Programmer or CNC Programmer
• Strong CAD and engineering skills
• Sound understanding of sheet metal manufacturing processes

Bonus points for;

• Experience preparing quotations or estimates
• Experience with SigmaNEST
