At Stratco, we're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable leader ready to take ownership of a critical function, inspire their team to new levels of performance, and help drive the ongoing evolution of our finance operations.

Based at our Gepps Cross Head Office, you'll influence business-wide improvements and play a key role in delivering operational excellence across one of Australia's most respected manufacturing and retail organisations. Your broad responsibilities will include;

• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing Accounts Payable team
• Creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Managing workloads, priorities and performance to ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Overseeing the accurate processing of supplier invoices, reconciliations and payments
• Streamlining processes and driving smarter ways of working
• Strengthening controls, governance and compliance practices
• Building trusted relationships with suppliers and stakeholders across the business
• Championing technology adoption and process innovation across the function

You're more than technically capable. You're a team leader that can bring people together, create clarity, build momentum and lift performance.

You'll bring:

• Proven Accounts Payable leadership experience within a high-volume environment
• A track record of developing people and building engaged teams
• Strong commercial acumen and financial controls knowledge
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• A passion for process improvement and delivering better outcomes
• Strong ERP and systems capability, ideally including Oracle Fusion or similar platforms
