Lead strategy. Optimise millions in inventory.

Stratco is embarking on a significant transformation of its national operations, and we're looking for an exceptional National Supply & Inventory Manager to lead one of the most influential functions across our Australian and New Zealand network.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer and based at Gepps Cross, this newly created leadership opportunity will see you take ownership of the end-to-end Supply & Inventory function, shaping how inventory is planned, sourced, positioned and managed to support a complex national operation.

This isn't simply about maintaining supply. It’s about building capability, influencing strategy, improving visibility, reducing complexity and creating a supply network that is smarter, faster and more resilient. You will lead a function that touches every warehouse, manufacturing operation, branch, supplier and customer across the Stratco network. Your broader responsibilities will encompass:

• Driving national Supply & Inventory strategy across Australia and New Zealand
• Optimising demand and supply planning performance and forecasting accuracy
• Managing inventory availability, optimisation, stock turns and working capital outcomes
• Procurement governance, supplier performance and commercial negotiations
• Leading national sourcing strategies and supplier relationship management
• Internal warehousing and 3PL storage performance
• Managing inventory control, replenishment disciplines and stock integrity
• Capability development across planning, procurement, inventory and warehouse teams

About you

You're an astute supply chain leader who understands that inventory is one of a business's most powerful assets. You know how to balance customer service, supply reliability and working capital, and turning data into practical action.

Most importantly, you're a leader who can inspire teams, influence stakeholders and drive sustainable operational improvement across a geographically dispersed network.

You'll bring:

• Significant senior leadership experience across supply planning, procurement, inventory and warehousing
• A proven track record leading complex multi-site or national supply chain operations
• Deep expertise in forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimisation and supplier management
• Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation capability
• Experience driving performance through data and governance
• ERP experience, ideally Oracle, SAP or similar entrerprise platforms
• A passion for continuous improvement, operational excellence and building high-performing teams
