Matrix Steel is looking to appoint a full-time, permanent Supply & Fit Roofing Coordinator to join our Wide Bay team servicing projects across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to become an integral part of our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all Safety requirements of relevant regulatory bodies.
• Providing quotations to customers in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Scheduling work and trades as per customer requirements.
• Strong communication with Contractors, Customers, and our internal teams.
• Ordering materials and ensuring their arrival on-site in accordance with the build schedule.
• Utilising our Scheduling and in-house systems to maintain communication, schedules, material delivery, and job success.
• Daily communication and review of our ongoing projects with internal teams & contractors.
• Finding and sourcing new contractors to undertake works for Matrix Steel.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong communication skills.
• Preferred – Roofing experience or knowledge.
• Highly organised and driven individual.
• Pro-Active and self-driven.
• Ability to think on your feet / adapt to situations as needed.
• Strong personable skills to deal with many different people.
• Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart!
