We have an opportunity for an experienced Logistics Administrator based at Ormeau. This is a permanent, full-time position. Ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of something that gets made? Responsibilities Preparing and managing daily truck manifests and despatch documentation Responding to general despatch enquiries from internal stakeholders Managing incoming calls and assisting with operational coordination - Communicating customer and operational issues across relevant departments
Preparing operational reports and performance data for management Supporting safety, compliance and quality audits Maintaining accurate records and administration systems Monitoring outstanding documentation and following up required actions - Supporting driver onboarding and induction administration
Ensuring compliance with company policies and workplace safety requirements Identifying process gaps and supporting continuous improvement initiatives - General housekeeping duties
- Strict adherence to critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment
About you You are a proactive administrator who enjoys working in a busy operational environment and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail. You will ideally have:
Previous experience in logistics, transport, warehouse or manufacturing administration Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Experience preparing reports and maintaining operational records The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines A collaborative approach and strong customer service mindset Experience working within a safety-focused environment Experience with transport, freight, warehouse management or ERP systems will be highly regarded.
