This is a key role that will oversee dispatch operations, warehouse, and yard supervision, ensuring that every shipment is accurate, timely, and safely handled.

Broadly, your responsibilities will also encompass:

• Dispatch Operations: Supervise and coordinate all dispatch activities to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment, including reviewing schedules, dispatch plans, and stock levels.
• Warehouse Supervision: Lead the warehouse team to manage stock inventory, oversee inbound and outbound logistics, and maintain organised storage of products.
• Yard Management: Monitor and direct the organisation of the yard, ensuring that loading/unloading areas are optimised for safety, efficiency, and smooth flow of materials.
• Liaise and assist clients regarding deliveries
• Stocktaking, including rolling stock takes, stock ordering/transferring
• Loading and unloading trucks as is required
• General factory housekeeping activities
• Adhere to our critical safety rules & contribute to a safe working environment
