The Opportunity

As part of our internal sales team, and located at our corporate Head Office in Gepps Cross, you will provide an exceptional level of customer engagement and service, process orders and collaborate with our external sales team! 

Duties will include:

• Enter and process orders from inbound customers (telephone and email)
• Providing outstanding customer service to our Trade customers 
• Liaise with various internal departments such as estimating, manufacturing, and logistics teams, as well as field trade sales team members
• Undertaking administrative duties to assist the internal and external sales team 
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment

For this unique opportunity, we are looking for a passionate internal sales and customer service professional, with the following skills and attributes:

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
• Passionate about creating brand loyalty and customer relationships
• Confident communicator
• An eye for detail and exceptionally accurate data entry skills
• The ability to work under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines
• High level of professional drive and motivation
• Prior experience in phone or face-to-face customer service and/or sales
• A fantastic team player that enjoys collaboration
• Experience gained within building products/materials will be an advantage
