What you’ll actually do:

• End to end recruitment across Australia & New Zealand
• Recruit a great range or roles across blue collar – manufacturing, logistics, warehousing
• Partner with leaders who think they know what they want—and help them find what they need
• Turn job briefs into compelling stories that attract the right humans
• Source creatively and diversly
• Deliver a candidate experience people talk about for the right reasons
• Use data, gut instinct, and a bit of healthy skepticism to make great hiring decisions
• Maintain our EVP standards whilst bringing your own “out of the box” ideas to recruitment.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven recruitment experience in blue collar roles, either agency or in house
• A person who knows quality talent when you see it (and how to win it over)
• Customer and relationship focused
• Driven for results
• Curious and adaptable
