You will be a key member of our Home Improvement Store located in Malaga. You’ll blend customer service savvy with product know-how, ensuring shoppers find exactly what they need!

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working 38 hours across Monday to Saturday. The store is open Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm and Saturday 8.00am to 3.00pm.

Broadly, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Guiding customers through the design process
• Ensuring products are correctly priced and displayed, maintaining store stock levels
• Collaborating with other team members to keep the store running smoothly
• General housekeeping to ensure our store is always presentable
• Participation in training and personal development sessions
• Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies, ensuring a safe working environment

We are looking for a person with:

• Exceptional customer service and sales skills
• Experience within a similar environment (retail or sales)
• Availability to work full-time hours across a rotating roster
• Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm and energy
• Good computer skills and eagerness to learn the Stratco design process
• Previous design consulting or building experience highly desirable, but not necessary (CAD skills an advantage)
