We are now seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager / Sales Professional to join our Christchurch operations. Leading a small team of capable professionals, you will work closely with our dealer and branch networks and Stratco’s internal supply and installation teams to expand market share and unlock new opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Expanding and strengthening our dealer network by identifying, onboarding, and developing high-value trade partners
• Driving significant growth in patio product sales through strategic dealer engagement and market development
• Equipping our dealer network and internal teams with product expertise through engaging product and technical training
• Contributing to innovation, supporting new product development and successful product launches

The individual

For this outstanding opportunity, we are seeking a commercially astute and strategically minded individual with a successful track record gained in Product/Sales from within a manufactured/engineered product environment. Whilst not critical, any exposure gained across the outdoor/patio/construction/building products sector would be viewed favourably.
