We are now seeking an experienced and motivated afternoon shift Leading Hand and Injection Moulding Technician. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a skilled technician who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is ready to take the next step in their career.

Based at St Agnes, your role will include:

• Supporting a team of die setters and operators on shift.
• Set up, optimise and troubleshoot injection moulding machines and tooling
• Ensure production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are met. 
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime
• Coordinate mould changes and CI initiatives
• Provide training and mentoring to team members
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

• Demonstrated experience as an injection moulding technician
• Strong knowledge of plastics processing, tooling and machine operation
• Previous supervisory experience (or readiness to step into)
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Relevant trade or technical qualifications preferred
