Matrix Steel is looking to appoint a full-time Salesperson to join our Gympie team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships both face to face and over the phone to become an integral part of our growing team.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday.

The Role:

• Manage warm inbound enquiries across web, phone and walk-in - no cold calling required
• Guide customers through product options and prepare accurate quotes using our dedicated shed quoting software
• Drive sales from kit supply through to full installation, coordinating across our sales, production and site teams
• Build strong customer relationships from first contact through to project completion
• Competitive base salary + bonus structure - your effort directly drives your results

Skills & Attributes:

• Proven sales experience, ideally from a trade, building materials, home improvement or consultative background
• Shed and carport industry experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and quotes at once
• Strong communication skills and a genuine ability to build rapport
• Self-motivated, action-oriented and a reliable team player
