The difference you’ll make  

Becoming part of the Stratco operations family, this is a tremendous opportunity for an experienced Production/Manufacturing supervisor, possessing experience gained from within a best practice manufacturing environment. The role will appeal to an individual looking to take a hands-on leadership approach, and with the ability to naturally instill high performance. As an integral member of our group, your role will include:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output targets

•  Maintain production schedules that meet customer order requirements and   delivery timelines.
•  Ensure consistent adherence to production plans while maintaining flexibility to   accomodate changing priorities
•  Actively promote a safety first culture, participating in initiatives to enhance   safety awareness and compliance.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives (lean, 5S, efficiency improvements)

As such, we are looking for a can-do, self-motivated individual, with demonstrable experience gained in a similar role. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is certainly an advantage, and will compliment your passion, initiative and "can do" mindset to help lead and inspire our team.
