• Strong mechanical aptitude
• A commitment to producing quality products 
• A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication skills 
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret product drawings
• A desire to learn or experience in operating roll forming equipment, sheet metal machinery and hand tools   
• Valid Forklift license
