We are looking for someone who is passionate about exceptional customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing support and solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to join a market leader and build a career within a growing national and international company.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Saturday (on a rotating roster). Based in Canning Vale, you will be provided with support and product training so you can succeed in the role!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing outstanding customer service via phone and email
• Taking sales orders and accurately entering customer orders
• Regular communication and interaction with other Stratco team members including store managers
• Liaising with manufacturing, retail and dispatch teams on product assembly and delivery
• Participate in regular product and sales training

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in customer service or internal sales
• Strong customer focus with a sense of urgency to achieve results
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent data entry skills
• Previous experience in a busy call centre would be very favourably looked upon
• Flexibility to work alternate weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) which will include weekend loadings/penalty rates
