THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Estimator to join our team based in Canning Vale. This position involves working as part of our collaborative trade sales team, delivering high-quality service and accurate cost estimates for patio projects.

As a Patio Estimator, your responsibilities will include preparing Bills of Material (BOM), providing expert advice on patio products, supporting the Sales Team (Trade & Retail), and offering technical product insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviewing residential patio projects to determine required material within the Stratco product range
• Determining quantities and costs of materials required
• Liaising with Stratco team members, suppliers and customers
• Preparation of quotes, works orders and order requisitions
• Ensuring accuracy of documentation and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required 
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

• Essential – relevant experience in an estimating role
• Essential – excellent computer and data entry skills
• Essential – the ability to read plans, generate BOM and complete pricing proposals
• Strong organisational and time management skills 
• High level of attention to detail 
• Collaborative team player with a customer focused approach 
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines
