Stratco is an Australian owned innovator, manufacturer, and marketer of quality building and renovation solutions. Our Broome operations have an opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our day shift production team. 

Working for Stratco, you'll be given specific training in our processes, albeit any experience gained within factory or production environments will be an advantage.

THE OPPORTUNITY 

In joining our dynamic Broome team, you will also be given opportunity to undertake a raft of scope, including: 

• Processing manufacturing orders & developing product knowledge
• Providing exceptional customer service with Trade customers
• Liaison with manufacturing and logistics teams.
• General housekeeping activities
• Operating roll-form and general sheet metal equipment
• Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
• Adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
• Participation in Tool-box and Team meetings

YOUR SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

• A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• A desire to learn or experience in the operation of sheet metal machinery and hand tools
• Proven team player
• Picking and packing or other warehouse/logistics experience is desirable
• Forklift license preferable
• Basic computer skills
