THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Delivery Driver to work from our new branch in Masterton, as a motivated team member who has a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude, your primary focus will be to deliver goods in full and on time with outstanding customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Secure load, prepare manifest and assist loading when required
• Deliver to customers and place onsite as required
• Maintain accurate vehicle and driver logs in line with company and regulatory standards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Keep a clean vehicle at all times and ensure maintenance is up to date
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment 

ABOUT YOU

• A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Hold a full, clean driver’s licence — Class 2 or above preferred; however, we welcome applicants with a Class 1 licence who are eager to upgrade with our support
• Be a hands on, practical person with good technical ability
• Be honest, self-motivated and have a passionate desire to be successful
• Previous delivery experience would be an advantage
• The ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
• A team player with a can do attitude
