Matrix Steel is looking to appoint a full-time, permanent Roofing Maintenance Supervisor to join our Lismore team servicing projects across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to become an integral part of our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Site Supervisor teams with new and existing Roofing projects
• Strong commitment to WH&S 
• Measure and order Flashings and roofing materials
• Install and repair flashings, fascia & gutter and metal roofing
• Attend sites to resolve minor leaks or roofing issues  
• Liaise with builders and sub-contractors to finalise works and complete jobs

Skills & Attributes:

• Comfortable working at heights and accurately measuring roofing products
• Experience in the Metal Roofing industry (NSW and / or QLD) 
• Solid understanding of the building and roofing process
• Ability to schedule jobs, coordinate sub-contractors and manage material deliveries
• Strong communication skills with builders and sub-contractors
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Physically fit and able to perform a labour-intensive role
• Honest, reliable and able to build strong partnerships
• Current Driver’s Licence
