THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Forklift Loader based in Thornton. This position involves working as part of our collaborative logistics team - reporting to the Transport Manager.

This is permanent, full-time opportunity, 9:00am - 5:30pm shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Print out vehicle load sheets, plan the load and placement onto delivery trucks
• Locate finished goods and load to the vehicle
• Pick and pack accessories and load to the vehicles
• Scan and update records to load sheets
• General housekeeping duties
• Move stock and finished goods around the warehouse safely
• Maintain stock records and stock movements via scanners
• Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

• Forklift License essential
• Heavy vehicle license (HC) preferred but not essential
• Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers’ needs
• Good communicator, both written and verbal
• Computer literate and accurate
• Able to work within a team or at times individually
• A passion to deliver excellent customer service
• Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
• Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
