Due to a growing demand, an exciting opportunity has become available for an Aluminum Louvre Installer based at our Silverdale location. The installer will work as part of a dedicated installation crew, responsible for the installation of Kudos louvre roofs and shutters around the region. Kudos, a part of the Stratco group, are a trusted manufacturer and installer of high-quality louvres, shutters, blinds, and roofs for high quality homes and commercial properties around New Zealand. Responsibilities - Assist with measuring projects
- Liaise with customers, builders, architects and other trades as required to ensure that installation projects run smoothly and with clear and regular communication
- Act as the contact for installation related matters in the absence of the Head Installer
- Assist other team members to ensure a high quality of installation occurs
- Liaise with the Head Installer and Branch Manager on project progress
- Assist with other tasks as workloads demand including assisting with production and administration
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
About you We're looking for an enthusiastic team player, and a person possessing some practical technical experience gained in joinery or aluminum/fabrication sectors. - Essential - Valid New Zealand Driver's License
- Desirable - Experience in louvre roof and shutter or similar product installations
- Desirable - New Zealand Certificate in Roofing (Level 4) or similar qualification
- Confident interpersonal skills and experience liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient attention to detail and ability to creatively solve problems
