We are now seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our executive leadership team. This is a pivotal role that will shape the commercial future of a globally operating business. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will lead the global sales and marketing functions, driving strategy, commercial performance and go-to market alignment across the organisation. Key responsibilities: - Develop and execute multi-jurisdictional sales and marketing strategies across numerous sales categories.
- Understand customer needs, market dynamics and competitor behaviour to ensure sales and marketing strategies are at all times relevant and effective to achieve sales performance.
- Building commercial frameworks that accelerate channel growth, enhance brand performance, and deepen customer engagement.
- Lead and motivating an experienced, professional and highly capable sales and marketing team.
- Champion Stratco’s customer-first culture and deliver consistent, high-impact brand experiences across all touchpoints.
- Develop and execute the marketing and sales strategies of new innovative products.
- Provide strategic commercial insights and regular reporting to the Group CEO and executive leadership team, supported by market intelligence and performance analytics.
About you: We are seeking a commercially astute and strategically minded executive with: - A successful track record of leading high-performing sales and marketing teams across diverse markets.
- Experience delivering multi-channel growth sales and marketing strategies within manufacturing, building products, or aligned sectors.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at executive and board level and align cross-functional teams around shared commercial goals.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and a passion for strategic development, execution and customer excellence.
