THE OPPORTUNITY 

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Retail Sales & Design Team Member based in Mt Barker. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Retail Sales Team, reporting to the Store Manager. 

This is an ongoing, full-time role, working across Monday to Friday with a rotating Saturday roster. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
• Assist customers to find innovative design solutions utilising CAD software
• Prepare accurate and timely project quotations
• Maintain store stock levels and general housekeeping
• Assist in customer pick-up area to ensure product are loaded safely into customer vehicles
• Engage in regular product and sales training
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

• Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales
• A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
• Previous experience within a retail and /or building industry preferred
• Competency with software systems
• Forklift license or willingness to obtain
• Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace 
• Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
