With more than 70 years' of experience in the building and home improvement markets, Stratco has become one of Australia’s largest manufacturers, marketers and retailers of quality building and home improvement products in Australia and is actively pursuing a place on the world stage. Stratco now has state of the art manufacturing facilities in all mainland states of Australia along with a network of home improvement stores throughout the country.  As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Planogrammer to join our dynamic team! 

You will play a key role in optimising product placement across our national network of stores, working closely with our category, retail and marketing teams to create efficient, eye-catching planograms that enhance the customer shopping experience while driving sales and inventory performance.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Create detailed planograms that visually map out the placement of products on shelves, racks and displays.
• Develop and implement planograms that ensure optimal product placement for maximum sales and customer engagement.
• Design effective product flow, ensuring store layout maximises the utilisation of available space, balancing aesthetics, stock availability, and ease of access for customers.
• Maintain brand and merchandising standards by following corporate guidelines, ensuring consistent displays across multiple locations.
• Consider seasonal adjustments and trends and work collaboratively with category managers and retail managers to understand product priorities.
• Ensure planograms are executed flawlessly across all locations – from concept to shelf.

About you:

For this sought after opportunity, we are targeting a contemporary thinker, and a passionate and creative individual that can demonstrate:

• Previous experience in planogramming.
• A high level of creativity, with the natural ability to design visually appealing layouts that enhance the customer experience 
• A passion for planogramming, adept in analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret sales data and customer behavior and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in planogram software (e.g. One Door, JDA, Blue Yonder, Spaceman, or similar).
