Matrix Steel is seeking a Roofing Support Officer to join our growing team in Narangba. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing both projects and customer interactions.

About the Role:

The key function of this role is to submit jobs to the estimating team, prepare and finalise quotes, and liaise with Site Supervisors and sub contractors to ensure all projects run smoothly. You will play a critical role in supporting our roofing operations and ensuring efficiency across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Submitting plans to be estimated and quoted.
• Finalising quotations for customers.
• Supporting our Roofing supervisors in scheduling Sub-Contractors & work.
• Communicating with customers and keying Roofing Orders.
• Commitment to Safety and contribution to a safer work environment.

Skills & Attributes:

• Knowledge of the building / Roofing industry.
• Highly organised and action orientated.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and customers at once.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong work ethic and a team player
