THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Patio Estimator to join our collaborative Trade Sales team in Ormeau. In this role, you’ll report to the Internal Sales Manager, working alongside a dynamic team to deliver high-quality service and accurate cost estimate for patio projects.

As a Patio Estimator, your responsibilities will include preparing Bills of Material (BOM), providing expert advice on patio products, supporting the sales team (Trade & Retail), and offering technical product insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviewing residential patios projects to determine required materials within the Stratco product range
• Determining quantities of materials required
• Liaise with Stratco team members, suppliers and customers
• Prepare quotes, works orders and order requisitions
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance requirements
• Uphold our critical safety rules & contribute to a safe working environment

• Essential - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Desirable – Experience in a similar or related role
• Desirable – Ability to read plans, generate BOMs, and create pricing proposals
• Desirable - Experience working with CAD design, plans and drawings
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Analytical and numerically proficient
