THE OPPORTUNITY 

Due to increased demand in our busy Busselton store, we are seeking a career driven and customer-focused professional to work with our valued retail and trades customers across a variety of functions in and around the store.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working across Monday - Friday with potential overtime during peak periods. No weekend work required!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face, telephone and email
• Assisting customers to find innovative design solutions using our in-store design system
• Provide accurate product advice and quotes for products and services
• Assist with picking, packing and scanning stock ready for pick-up
• Assisting with loading customer orders in our customer pick-up area
• Update customers on the progress of their orders
• General housekeeping duties to ensure a tidy work environment.
• Strict adherence to critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

• Forklift license or willingness to obtain.
• Proven ability to provide solutions to enhance the customer's experience.
• Previous experience within customer service/inventory management.
• Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment as well as autonomously
• Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace 
• Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
