THE OPPORTUNITY

An opportunity has become available for a motivated and highly skilled Warehouse Store Person based in Ormeau. We are looking for someone to join our team who will be responsible for managing stock, loading customer pick-ups and receiving goods from suppliers.

This is a full-time opportunity working either 7:00 am - 3:00 pm or 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Monday – Friday. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Locate finished goods and accessories and load to customer vehicle
  • Picking and packing customer goods ready for deliveries
  • Scan and update records to load sheets
  • General housekeeping duties, supporting with stocktakes and warehouse tasks
  • Maintaining stock records, receivables via scanners & warehouse computer system
  • Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
  • Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Desirable - qualification in supply chain, procurement or related discipline
  • Essential - forklift licence & experience
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and tools
  • Passion to deliver outstanding customer service and strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and committed to learning on the job
  • Awareness of safety standards and alertness of moving parts and people
  • Strength & fitness to undertake frequent movement & lifting materials
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
  • Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart.
