THE OPPORTUNITY

West Coast Sheet Metal is looking for a bright and talented individual who has a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude. This is a great opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our Operations team in Forrestdale to provide a wide range of reception, administrative and office support to facilitate the efficient operation of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• First point of contact for all visitors, clients and customers
• General administrative tasks including but not limited to; photocopying, printing, filing/document management, data entry and maintaining systems and databases
• Processing of invoices and providing backing to bookkeeper
• Prepare and organise general correspondence, quotes, orders and responding to emails
• Assist with scheduling of projects, jobs and deliveries
• Building and maintaining existing relationships with internal and external customers

ABOUT YOU

• A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Well-developed communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritise, plan and organise workload to meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with proven problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing and fast paced work environment and learn new skills quickly
• Possess exceptional computer literacy and proficient with MS Office suite
