THE OPPORTUNITY 

An exciting full-time opportunity has become available for a Sales & Design Team Member to join the collaborative team based in our Gepps Cross store - reporting to the Store Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Customer interaction and relationship building in person, email and over the phone
• Designing and selling of Stratco products including Patio, Garage, Shed, Fencing and Hardware sales
• Inbound telephone sales - processing and entering orders
• Commitment to continual growth and learning by participating in training and personal development sessions
• Collaboration with team members, other stores, departments and projects as required
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

• Essential – Computer and data entry skills
• Essential – Desire to learn Stratco products and industry
• Desirable - Demonstrated estimating/drafting/design background with some exposure to CAD programs
• Desirable – Experience in building industry or manufacturing
• Willingness to enhance the customer experience and create brand loyalty
• Commitment to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
• Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart

This is a full-time opportunity, requiring the flexibility to work alternate Saturdays and Sundays.
