West Coast Sheet Metal is looking for a bright and talented individual who has a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude. This is a great opportunity for a flexible and customer-focused experienced Production Manager to become an integral part of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Creating, maintaining, and updating production schedules
• Co-ordinate and schedule daily production plans
• Optimising production workflow and performance
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management.
• Training and developing the production team
• Creating and maintaining a safe workplace

Skills & Attributes:

• Proven experience in manufacturing management
• Fabrication trade background favourable
• Ability to interact well with internal and external customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced, pressurised environment
• Coordination of manufacturing process
• Maintaining strong control of manufacturing costs
• Improving the efficiency of the manufacturing operations
