Laser World Technologies is part of the Stratco group, a dynamic, national leader in the manufacture and marketing of building and home improvement products. With an outstanding record of continual growth, Stratco has manufacturing plants and Home Improvement Stores in all mainland states of Australia and several international locations.

Continued business growth has created an opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in manufacturing or someone wishing to establish a career with the Laser World team.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Operate laser cutting machines
• Undertake QA checks
• De-tag and De-bur finished product as required
• Label and store finished products and pack as required
• Operate a forklift to load, unload store materials
• Perform manual loading and unloading of suitable materials
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

This is a permanent full time opportunity working day shift (6am - 2:06pm), Monday to Friday with overtime hours as required by the business.

ABOUT YOU 

• Forklift & Driver's License essential
• Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings
• Basic computer literacy
• Able to work at pace within a team or at times individually 
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• A willingness to participate in training - on the job training will be provided to ensure your success!
