THE OPPORTUNITY

Continued business growth has created an opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Roll Form Operator join the operations team based at Gepps Cross to manufacture and assemble products for our trade and retail customer base.

This is a for both full-time opportunities working Day Shift (6am - 2:06pm) as well as Night Shift (3:30pm - 11:36pm) with overtime optional.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manufacturing and assembling of building material to the customers’ requirements
• Operating various fixed plant machinery including overhead cranes
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications 
• Collaborate with team members, other departments and projects
• Participate in training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organised work area 
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

• Problem solving and inquisitive mindset to learn Stratco products
• Strength and fitness to undertake a frequent movement and lifting role
• Basic awareness of safety standards and alertness of moving parts & people
• Experience with sheetmetal manufacturing equipment (folders, press & breaks) will be highly regarded
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Sound awareness of safety standards and alertness of moving parts & people
• Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
• Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart!
