Kudos, a part of the Stratco group, are a trusted manufacturer and installer of high-quality louvres, shutters, blinds, and roofs for high quality homes and commercial properties around New Zealand. Due to business growth, we are looking for a high calibre individual to be based in Silverdale.

THE OPPORTUNITY

• A terrific opportunity has become available for a Manfacturing Team Member based at our Silverdale manufacturing plant, primarily focused on the production of aluminum louvres and shutters. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Operations Team, and all certainly within a cohesive, team-based environment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manufacturing and assembling of goods such as aluminum louvre roofs, shutters, doors, panels, and gates as per customers' requirements
• General housekeeping activities
• Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
• Contribute to toolbox and team meetings
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in a factory/production environment, operating manufacturing machinery
• Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers’ needs
• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
• Able to work at pace within a team or at times individually
• A commitment to producing quality products
• Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
• Any experience gained using sheet metal manufacturing equipment, particularly roll form machines and folders would be preferred, but is not essential
