THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Internal Sales Support Officer based in Huntingwood. This is a great opportunity for a flexible and customer-focused person to become an integral part of our company. This position involves working as part of our collaborative trade sales team - reporting to the Trade Sales Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Stratco is looking for a bright and talented individual who has a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude. As a key member of the trade sales team your role will include:

• Efficiently process customer orders and quotes via phone and email
• Prepare accurate and detailed quotes for customer orders
• Proactively monitor orders, promptly communicating any delays to builders
• Liaising with sales teams and trade customers on product selections and problem solving
• General customer service and sales support
• Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in an estimating role or a related trade qualification (advantageous)
• Excellent computer and data entry skills
• Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrate a proactive, hands-on attitude with a "can do" approach
• Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
• Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
