Matrix Steel is looking to appoint a Customer Service Officer to join our Coffs Harbour Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships both face to face and over the phone to become an integral part of our growing sales team. 

This newly created role is a permanent, full-time position, set to commence in January 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting an existing customer list whilst identifying new customers in the region.
• Leading a small manufacturing team.
• Supporting growth of S&F Roofing in the region.
• Introducing our Sheds into the Coffs market region.
• Driving marketing and brand initiatives in the region.
• Working closely with Site Supervisors to ensure professional and efficient management of install projects.

 What we are looking for:

• Proven experience building and maintaining relationships.
• A strong sales track record in the building industry (preferred but not essential).
• Self-driven, with technical ability and effective communication skills at all levels.
• Action-orientated with an energy and desire to succeed in the business.
